Receiving & Abattoir Scales

Abattoir Scales as their name suggests, are used for easy process weighing of either whole or quartered carcasses. The over-head track variant is bolted into the existing abattoir line and the carcasses are wheeled onto the scale by means of roller pulleys and weighed in line.

Receiving Carcass scales are used in butchery or supermarket receiving areas to ensure the correct quantity of meat is delivered. They are normally bolted in place on a wall or bracket and have hooks for carcasses or a fold-down plate to weigh boxes too.

Abattoir scales have various options of indicators, printers or can be connected to PC with RS-232 for data capturing.
