Applications
The OIML class structure ensures that your calibration weights match the precision required by your equipment. E1 and E2 class weights are designed for the most accurate testing of high-resolution laboratory balances, typically referred to as Verification Class I, and are made from precision-milled stainless steel or brass. F1 and F2 class weights are suitable for use with analytical and precision balances, corresponding to Verification Class I or II, and are also crafted from precision-milled stainless steel or brass. M1 class weights are intended for general calibration and daily checks on industrial and commercial scales, such as platform or bench scales, and are constructed from robust cast iron or cast steel.
